The mica board is made by bonding, warming and pressing mica paper with organic silicon water. The mica content is about 90% and the organic silicon water content is 10%.
Tubes on the mica base are made of mica on an alumochromophosphate or alkali binder with a heat resistance up to 500 °C. They are used for electrical insulation of current conductors operating at high temperatures. The internal diameter is 5-70 mm, the outer diameter is up to 75 mm, the length is 25-850 mm, the wall thickness is 0.5-15 mm.
The mica plate is designed for water meter columns of high pressure boilers as hydrothermal insulation.
Key parameters and dimensions:
Edged mica is a rectangular plate (plate).
The length of the plates should be no more than 220 mm, the width of the plates - not more than 35 mm.
The nominal dimensions of the plates are set by agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer.
The bushing on the mica base is made of mica on an alumochromophosphate or alkali binder with a heat resistance up to 500 °C. They are used for electrical insulation of current conductors operating at high temperatures. The internal diameter is 5-70 mm, the outer diameter is up to 75 mm, the length is 25-850 mm, the wall thickness is 0.5-15 mm.
Fiberglass is a ribbon electrically insulating mica-containing material laminated with paper or fiberglass on both sides, as a binder oil-bitumen, modified glyptal or silicone lacquer is used.
Heat resistance class: - А (105 °С); B (130 °C); H (180 °C).
